摘要：本文旨在探討醫院醫用耗材供應鏈管理現狀，為醫用耗材的規范化管理提供相關(guān)建議。通過(guò)現場(chǎng)訪(fǎng)談、座談會(huì )、設計查檢表等調研方式方法，查找醫用耗材需求環(huán)節、配送環(huán)節、倉管環(huán)節等各環(huán)節中存在的問(wèn)題。針對醫用耗材供應鏈各相關(guān)環(huán)節管理中存在的問(wèn)題提出相應的整改措施。這些措施可優(yōu)化醫用耗材供應鏈流程，完善耗材管理制度，降低耗材使用成本，提高醫院耗材精細化管理。
